Welcome to Australian made pottery and ceramics. This site lists works for sale from myself, Liz Aspery and other local potters , all of whom I know personally. We are part of a collective located in  beautiful Port Macquarie, a coastal town on the NSW mid north coast. Our works take inspiration from the world around us. 

All our clay is sourced in Australia and where possible all of our ingredients for our glazes.

This sums up why my colleagues and I are into pottery. 

We use a variety of clays, e.g. stoneware, terracotta, raku and earthenware. At the first stage all pottery is fired to a bisque temperature ( i.e., has no chemically bonded water left in the clay) and then to a temperature to suit the clay and glazing applied. This  ensures that the colour, decorating, and waterproofing makes the pot suitable for use.
